We utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow 5 - 10 business days to process your order and ship it out if you chose Free Shipping. Most items are stocked and available, meaning shipping usually occurs within the 5 - 10 day time frame. However, in the case of restocks being needed, it may take an extra few days.
Please note that customized items will require additional processing times and vendor inventory may negatively impact processing and shipping times.
You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information, please send an email to hello@shoplovelythings.com.
Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday or next business day.
Orders placed with free shipping can arrive between 1-7 days after shipping. Length of time will vary depending on your zip code.
If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order, please contact USPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of the USPS or any other shipping provider. It is the responsibility of the USPS and other providers to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery address and on the delivery date.
